Forme

Type design

I created a logotype for a female photography conference and gallery show called Forme. The shape language was inspired by the strength and shape of a woman’s body. This project helped me learn the software Glyphs, as well as a better understanding of typography and the relationship of forms.

Forme is a photography conference and gallery show held in Columbus, Ohio that features women photographers from around the world. Forme’s purpose is to bring together female photographer’s to collaborate, connect, and empower one another. The forms of the logotype are inspired by the strength and shape of a woman’s body.
